Assuming a permit has not yet been issued and the Utility receives additional applications for the same Pole from additional perspective Licensees, and accommodating their respective requests would require modification or replacement of the Pole, the Utility will allocate equitably among such licensees the applicable costs associated with such modification or replacement.
