Common use of Treatment of unlisted species Clause in Contracts

Treatment of unlisted species. For purposes of Sections 6.2 and 6.3 of this IA, Unlisted Covered Species will be treated as though they were Listed Species in determining the amount of Take and the minimization and mitigation required.
