Treatment Relationship. To the extent data sharing or electronic data interchange (EDI) is utilized between the Parties for the purposes of provision, coordination or management of a treatment relationship, such use or disclosure shall be governed by strict compliance with return and destruction of protected health information (PHI) referenced in Section 9.3 of this Agreement.
