Common use of TREE PLANTINGS Clause in Contracts

TREE PLANTINGS. 25.1 In order to maintain a high standard of amenity and appearance, the Developer, its heirs, executers, administrators, successors and assigns hereby undertake and agree to retain the maximum number of trees within the lands consistent with good design and conservation practices and the East Fonthill Secondary Plan Area Urban Design Guidelines and to provide tree plantings in accordance with the approved Streetscaping Plan to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works in accordance with the following:
