Common use of Triage and Expedited Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Triage and Expedited Arbitration. To provide a more expeditious alternative to the traditional grievance and arbitration procedure, there shall also be a triage and expedited arbitration procedure. The terms of that procedure, as described in the Memorandum of Understanding regarding Triage and Expedited Arbitration are incorporated herein by reference.
