Tribal Outreach and Consultation. DTSC’s assigned Project Manager will coordinate with DTSC’s Office of Environmental Equity to ensure compliance with DTSC’s Tribal Consultation Policy. This process may include consultation with California tribes to determine whether or not they have an interest in Site activities.

Additional tasks will be included as a new cost estimate and scope of work to this Agreement.
