Trigger Notice. Within five (5) Business Days of the occurrence of a Trigger Event, the Company shall send FDIC a written notice stating that a Trigger Event has occurred (a “Trigger Notice”). Such Trigger Notice shall be delivered pursuant to Section 7 below.
Trigger Notice. If either Member desires to consummate an Interest Sale, Hotel Sale or Portfolio Sale (such Member, the “Initiating Member”), then the Initiating Member shall provide the other Member (the “Other Member”) with a written notice (a “Trigger Notice”) of its intent to cause such sale no fewer than one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of such Trigger Notice (such one hundred and twenty (120) day period, the “Notice Period”).

Each Triggered Shareholder or its estate trustee, administrator, or other legal or personal representative, as the case may be, shall give notice in writing to the Corporation and the other Shareholders (the "Trigger Notice") promptly following the occurrence of a Triggering Event. In the case of Section 9.1(b) above, the Trigger Notice shall be given by the remaining Shareholders following what they determine in good faith to be the Triggering Event.

Trigger Notice. 5.1.1 The Client shall send a notification (a “Trigger Notice”) to TransUnion of when it wishes the TrueIdentity™ Services to commence.
5.1.2 A Trigger Notice shall be deemed to have been validly sent by the Client to TransUnion if: (a) the Client has suffered a data breach; (b) it is sent to the relevant Trigger Notice Email Address; and (c) contains details of the Appropriate Time (which shall be no less than 48 hours from the date/time the Trigger Notice is deemed to have been received by TransUnion) and (d) specifies (i) the Customer Limit required by the Client and (ii) the TrueIdentity™ Value Added Services (“VAS”) that the Client wishes its Breach Victims to receive (“Valid Trigger Notice”).
5.1.3 The Trigger Notice shall be deemed to have been received by TransUnion at the date/time it is received in the relevant email inbox or, to the extent that it is received in the relevant inbox outside of TransUnion’s Working Hours, it shall be deemed to have been received at 09:00 on the next Business Day.
Trigger Notice. If Verrica or any of its Affiliates desires to develop and/or commercialize an Additional Product or license an Additional Product to any Third Party in the Territory for one or more dermatological Indications, then Verrica shall provide written notice along with all relevant preclinical and clinical data of such Additional Product (a “Trigger Notice”) to Licensee within [***] after making such determination, which notice shall specify the Additional Product and the applicable Indications.

If the Cindat Member desires to consummate a Hotel Sale or Portfolio Sale, then it shall provide the Hersha Member with a written notice (a “Trigger Notice”) of its intent to cause such sale no fewer than one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of such Trigger Notice (such one hundred and twenty (120) day period, the “Notice Period”).
