The trip-end hail report must be submitted at least 6 hours in advance of 8 landing for all trips at least 6 hours in duration or occurring more than 6 hours from port. 9 For shorter trips, the trip-end hail reports must be submitted within sufficient in 10 consultation with NMFS Office of Law Enforcement.
