Vessel Logbooks. All sector members will comply with applicable reporting 4 requirements including submission of Vessel Trip Reports using either paper Vessel Trip 5 Reports (VTRs) or electronic Vessel Trip Reports (eVTRs). At a minimum, vessel trip 6 activity will be submitted at the sub-trip level, meaning a new trip report will be 7 generated and submitted when fishing effort is completed in another statistical area 8 and/or the fishing gear deployed is of another mesh size.

Vessel Logbooks. No MPBS permits will be actively fished in FY 2011. All permits purchased by the ME DMR through the RFP process will be placed in CPH Status, therefore Vessel Trip Reports (VTRs) will not be necessary for these permits. The two northeast multispecies permit holder members that are not actively fishing will comply with all applicable reporting requirements including submission of VTRs stating that they did not fish.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
