The trip‐end hail report must be submitted at least 6 hours in advance of 2 landing for all trips at least 6 hours in duration or occurring more than 6 hours from port. 3 For shorter trips, the trip‐end hail reports must be submitted within sufficient in 4 consultation with NMFS Office of Law Enforcement. An alternative timing for the trip end 5 hail may be implemented during FY 2017 or 2018 if agreed upon by the sector, the 6 monitoring provider, and NMFS.
