Common use of Truncation Clause in Contracts

Truncation. Xxxxxxxx must comply and adhere to the security provisions set forth in the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACTA) which mandate that card receipts given to the Cardholder may not contain: (i) more than the last five digits of the credit card account number; and (ii) that the Card receipt may not contain the expiration date.

Truncation. Xxxxxxxx must comply and adhere to the security provisions set forth in the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACTA) FACTA),15 U.S.C. § 1681c(g), which mandate mandates that card Card receipts given to the Cardholder may not contain: (i) more than the last five digits of the credit card account number; and (ii) that the Card receipt may not contain the expiration datedate and the collection of personal information from a cardholder in connection with a card transaction, including applicable state laws.
