Trust and Agency. The Purchaser accepts each indemnity in favour of any of the Purchaser Indemnitees that is not a Party as agent and trustee of that Purchaser Indemnitee and may enforce any such indemnity in favour of that Purchaser Indemnitee on behalf of that Purchaser Indemnitee. The Vendor accepts each indemnity in favour of any of the Vendor Indemnitees as agent and trustee of that Vendor Indemnitee and may enforce any such indemnity in favour of that Vendor Indemnitee on behalf of that Vendor Indemnitee.
