TRUST D Sample Clauses
TRUST D. 8.1 The Trustee shall, in its sole discretion, pay to Cath▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ apply for her use or benefit all or any part of the net income and principal of Trust D as the Trustee deems appropriate at such times as the Trustee deems appropriate. Any net income not paid to Cath▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ll be accumulated and added to principal.
