Common use of Trustee’s Basic Duties Clause in Contracts

Trustee’s Basic Duties. During the term of this Trust Agreement, the Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the trust fund, collect the income and profits from it, pay the necessary expenses of trust administration, and distribute the net income and principal as provided in this ARTICLE VI.
