Grantee’s Duties. Subject to Paragraph 10 hereof, the Grantee shall take reasonable and appropriate steps to substantially complete the Grantee’s Work Plan as set out in Attachment B and under the conditions set forth in Attachment A.

Grantee’s Duties. The Grantee, who is not a state employee, will comply with required grants management policies and procedures set forth through Minn.Stat.§16B.97, Subd. 4 (a) (1). The Grantee will provide additional boating safety patrol hours during high watercraft use periods through the payment of overtime or the addition of enforcement personnel. The Grantee will submit to the State a written plan to carry out the provisions of this grant contract agreement. Provisions of Chapter 86B, the provisions of Chapter 169A pertaining to motorboats and the Boat and Water Safety Rules, hereinafter referred to as the “ Minn. Rules” will be enforced. Refer to Exhibit A which is attached and incorporated into this grant contract agreement for more information on allowable expenses. The Grantee is responsible for maintaining an adequate conflict of interest policy throughout the term of this grant contract agreement. The Grantee shall monitor and report any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest to the State’s Authorized Representative.

Grantee’s Duties. 2.1 The Grantee will perform, in compliance with 2013 Minnesota Session Law, Chapter 137, Article 4, Section 2, Subdivision 6, the duties specified in Exhibit A: Project Description Form and Exhibit B: Budget, which is attached and incorporated into this grant agreement. 2.2 Reimbursement is the method for obtaining grant payments. Expenditures eligible for reimbursement shall meet the following criteria: a) deliverable items as stated in Exhibit B: Project Work Plan and Budget, b) incurred within the grant period (Section 1.1 and 1.2), and c) have been paid. 2.3 All other supporting documentation (invoices, receipts and proof of payment) shall be maintained on file by the Grantee and be available upon request by the State. 2.4 The grantee shall comply with the most recent version of the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund Grant Guidelines and with required grants management policies and procedures under Minn. Stat.§16B.97

The State will make available supplementary funding in the amount noted in this grant contract agreement to cover the cost of the specific items for recreational boating safety noted in Exhibit A which is attached and incorporated into this grant contract agreement. See Exhibit B which is attached and incorporated into this grant contract agreement for specific federal requirements that affect this grant contract agreement. Grantee’s Duties. (a) To ensure that the purposes of this Conservation Easement as described in Section 1 are being accomplished, Grantee and its successors and assigns shall: (1) Perform, at a minimum on an annual basis, compliance monitoring inspections of the Conservation Plan Area; and (2) Prepare reports on the results of the compliance monitoring inspections, and provide these reports to CDFW on an annual basis. (b) In the event that the Grantee’s interest in this easement is held by, reverts to, or is transferred to the State of California, Section 4(a) shall not apply.
