Resignation from Fiduciary Positions. To resign from any fiduciary position to which I have been or may be in the future named, appointed, nominated or elected, including by way of illustration, but not of restriction, the positions of executor, administrator, personal representative, trustee, attorney-in-fact, guardian, director or officer of a corporation, and to take whatever steps are necessary to accomplish such resignation, for example, by rendering an accounting or appearing in court to receive approval for such action, as appropriate.

  • Separation from Service A termination of employment shall not be deemed to have occurred for purposes of any provision of this Agreement providing for the payment of any amounts or benefits upon or following a termination of employment unless such termination also constitutes a “Separation from Service” within the meaning of Section 409A and, for purposes of any such provision of this Agreement, references to a “termination,” “termination of employment,” “separation from service” or like terms shall mean Separation from Service.
