TRUTH IN LENDING ACT. The Landlord must provide the Truth in Lending Act to the Tenant to at the time of signing this Agreement. This applies to all dwellings except those containing not more than two (2) such units or in an owner-occupied property of not more than three (3) units. With the Tenant’s signature below, they acknowledge the Landlord has given them the Truth in Lending Act.
