Consultant’s compensation under this Agreement is based upon its representations to County, and Consultant certifies that the wage rates, factual unit costs, and other information supplied to substantiate Consultant’s compensation, including, without limitation, in the negotiation of this Agreement, are accurate, complete, and current as of the date Consultant executes this Agreement. Consultant’s compensation will be reduced to exclude any significant sums by which the contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or noncurrent wage rates and other factual unit costs.
