Common use of Truth-In-Negotiation Representation Clause in Contracts

Truth-In-Negotiation Representation. Contractor’s compensation under this Contract is based upon representations supplied to County by Contractor, and Contractor certifies that the wage rates, factual unit costs, and other factual information supplied to substantiate Contractor’s compensation are accurate, complete, and current at the time of contracting. County shall be entitled to recover any damages it incurs to the extent any such representation is untrue.
