Common use of Truth-In-Negotiation Representation Clause in Contracts

Truth-In-Negotiation Representation. Provider’s compensation under this Agreement is based upon its representations to County, and Provider certifies that the wage rates, factual unit costs, and other information supplied to substantiate Provider’s compensation, including without limitation in the negotiation of this Agreement, are accurate, complete, and current as of the date Provider executes this Agreement. Provider’s compensation will be reduced to exclude any significant sums by which the contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or noncurrent wage rates and other factual unit costs.
