Common use of TSRI as Additional Insured Clause in Contracts

TSRI as Additional Insured. Licensee shall name and cause TSRI and Indemnitees to be named as “additional insureds” on any commercial general liability and product liability insurance policies maintained by Licensee, its Affiliates and Sublicensees applicable to the Products.

TSRI as Additional Insured. Licensee shall name include and cause TSRI and Indemnitees to be named included as “additional insureds” on any commercial general liability and product liability insurance policies maintained by Licensee, its Affiliates and Sublicensees applicable to the Licensed Products.

TSRI as Additional Insured. Licensee shall name and cause TSRI and Indemnitees to be named as “additional insureds” on any commercial general liability and product liability insurance policies maintained by Licensee, its Affiliates and Sublicensees applicable to the Licensed Products.
