Common use of TUITION FEES AND BOOKS Clause in Contracts

TUITION FEES AND BOOKS. 33.01 The Company recognizes the importance of continuing education, and encourages employees to participate and investigate job-related furtherance of those skills. Employees are invited to approach Management regarding courses of this nature; all requests shall be considered and will not be unreasonably denied. Programs approved will be reimbursed by the Company, to include all necessary books and tuition fees, upon successful completion. It is understood and agreed that reimbursement for any employee pursuant to this Article will not exceed $600.00 in any one (1) calendar year.
