Tuition Free for Non-Resident Professional Employee Children. Non-resident professional employees may enroll their children tuition free in the District in accordance with School Board policies, e.g., School Board, Non-Resident Admission Policy. This provision is not grievable. Article28. Entire Agreement Clause 28.1 This Agreement supersedes previous Agreements, based on alleged past practices, between the School Board and the Association and constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties.
