Employees who have worked continuously for a period of three years (i.e. who have earned at least nine seniority points during the previous 3 years) shall be eligible to apply for a waiver of tuition fees for degree credit courses offered by York University on behalf of their spouse and dependent(s) at the domestic rate in accordance with the University’s Tuition Fee Waiver Policy, which may change from time to time. For clarity, “dependent” is de‐ fined as any individual eligible to be claimed as a dependant for York Universi‐ ty Benefits Plan purposes.
