If the Licensee fails to provide proof of insurance as required in Section 3.5(A), University will purchase Tenants’ and Users’ Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) in the Licensee’s name; the cost of this TULIP insurance, plus a 20% administrative fee, will be included in the final invoice as an Additional Cost.
