Air Travel Insurance. (a) In the event of death or disability incurred while travelling by aircraft on business of the College, employees will be covered by the terms and conditions of the College blanket insurance policy.
(b) The amounts specified in the policy will be paid to employees in the case of disability; and in the case of death, to the employee's beneficiary as designated under the Group Life Plan, if any, or in the absence of such beneficiary, to the employee's estate.
(c) Coverage shall commence from the place of employment or residence, whichever may last occur, and end upon returning to the regular place of employment or residence, whichever may occur first. Employees are not covered while piloting an aircraft in the course of their duties unless employed or paid as a pilot, or unless otherwise authorized.

The existing benefits will not be decreased during the life of this agreement.

Air Travel Insurance. Employees shall be provided, in an amount established by the District, air travel insurance for accidental death resulting while on official District business on a scheduled airline. No more than ten (10) persons from the District shall be scheduled on a flight.

(d) During the life of this agreement a joint committee shall undertake a review of the provisions of the Air Travel Insurance policy and report its recommendations to the principals.
Air Travel Insurance. Where Employees are required to travel by air on Employer business, and air travel insurance has not been automatically included in the ticket purchase, then receipts for air travel insurance (up to a maximum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) benefits) purchased specifically for that flight, shall be considered as part of the Employee's reimbursement expenses provided that air travel arrangements have been coordinated through the Office of the Associate Xxxx.

(b) The amounts specified in the policy will be paid to employees in case of disability; and in the case of death, to the employee's beneficiary as designated under the Group Life Plan, if any, or in the absence of such beneficiary, to the employee's estate.
(c) Employees performing functions related to air observation on chartered aircraft, at the request of the Employer, shall be reimbursed the receipted cost of air travel insurance purchased in advance of the chartered flight where coverage is not provided by the air carrier.
(d) Employees will be made aware of the benefit pursuant to (c) above in advance of the charter arrangements.

(b) The amounts specified in the policy shall be paid to employees in the case of disability; and in the case of death, to the employee’s beneficiary as designated under the Group Life Plan, if any, or in the absence of such beneficiary, to the employee’s estate.

Air Travel Insurance. The Employer agrees to reimburse an employee travelling by aircraft on the employer's business, an amount of up to ten dollars ($10) per round trip for the purchase of Air Travel Insurance.
Air Travel Insurance. Employees travelling by air on Corporation business are covered by air travel insurance in the amount of $75,000.00 per employee. The coverage includes the time spent travelling directly between the airport and the employee's place of residence or employment.
