Turnover Ratio. At all times during the term of the Loan, Borrower shall maintain a Turnover Ratio of no less than 1.00 to 1.00 as of end of each fiscal quarter, beginning with the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2021. Borrower’s Turnover Ratio shall be calculated based upon, among other things, the Financial Statements delivered by Borrower to Lender in accordance with Schedule 6.5, above. Borrower shall deliver to Lender any other documentation and evidence as shall be satisfactory to Lender, in Lender’s reasonable opinion and judgment, evidencing Borrower’s compliance with the minimum requirement set forth in this Section 6.18.2.

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, shall not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio on the last day of any Test Period to exceed the ratio set forth below opposite the last day of such Test Period:

  • Quick Ratio A ratio of Quick Assets to Current Liabilities of at least 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter to be greater than 0.55 to 1.00.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Fixed Charge Ratio Maintain a Fixed Charge Ratio as determined as of each Calculation Date of not less than 1.50: 1. The Fixed Charge Ratio covenant shall be tested by the Administrative Agent as of each Calculation Date with results based upon the results for the most recent Calculation Period, such calculation and results to be verified by the Administrative Agent.

  • Leverage Ratios Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, for purposes of calculating any leverage ratio herein in connection with the incurrence of any Indebtedness, (a) there shall be no netting of the cash proceeds proposed to be received in connection with the incurrence of such Indebtedness and (b) to the extent the Indebtedness to be incurred is revolving Indebtedness, such incurred revolving Indebtedness (or if applicable, the portion (and only such portion) of the increased commitments thereunder) shall be treated as fully drawn.
