Common use of Two Weeks’ Notice Clause in Contracts

Two Weeks’ Notice. Center may terminate Child's enrollment in Center's Program effective upon two (2) weeks prior written notice to Parent if any of the following conditions arise: a) any of the conditions listed under Section 8.1 above, provided that Center has not exercised its right to terminate Child's enrollment immediately. b) in the judgment of Center's Director, Center is unable to reasonably meet the developmental or special needs of Child with or without reasonable accommodations. c) parent fails to provide items for Child that Parent is required to provide under Section 11 of this Agreement or under the terms of Center's Parent Handbook d) parent fails to abide by any other terms of this Agreement and/or Center's Parent. Handbook or e) center terminates Center’s Program.
