Common use of TWO Clause in Contracts

TWO. The Debtors hereby represent that the pledges granted hereunder are for the sole benefit of Pledgee and that, consequently, they shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by any agreements, acts and contracts heretofore executed or that may be executed in the future among the Debtors.
