Common use of TWO Clause in Contracts

TWO. 2) seniority lists showing the names of full-time and part-time employees who have completed their probationary period, their length of service with the Employer (for part-time employees this shall be number of hours paid) from the most recent date of hire as an employee, and who are covered by this Agreement, shall be posted on the bulletin board by the Employer on January 31st and July 31st of each year. A copy of the seniority lists will be provided to the Local Contact for the Union as of those dates each year. Where possible, seniority lists will be filed electronically. Any errors noted in the seniority lists should be noted and the Employer notified within thirty

In the event of a layoff, the seniority list posted shall be integrated.
