Type 2-B Interconnection. Upon request from ALLTEL Wireless, the Parties agree to establish a Type 2-B Interconnection. A Type 2-B interconnection will be provided via a two-way trunk group between RLEC's Stand-Alone End Office Switch or Host End Office Switch and ALLTEL Wireless' point of presence in the RLEC's telephone exchange, with the POI designated at the RLEC's Stand-Alone End Office Switch or Host End Office Switch. These trunk groups would be provisioned in connection with ALLTEL Wireless' NPA/NXX codes located within a RLEC exchange served by the End Office Switch, provided that ALLTEL Wireless has facilities to serve such customers. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this trunk group will be billed by RLEC to ALLTEL Wireless as described in Section 5.4.5 below.

These trunk groups would be provisioned in connection with Pinpoint' NPA/NXX codes located within a RLEC exchange served by the End Office Switch provided that Pinpoint has facilities to serve such customers. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this trunk group will be billed by RLEC to Pinpoint as described in Section 5.4.5 below.

A Type 2-B interconnection will be provided via a two-way trunk group between a Great Plains' End Office Switch and NECC' point of presence in the Great Plains' telephone exchange, with the POI designated at the Great Plains' End Office Switch. This trunk group would be provisioned in connection with NECC' NPA/NXX codes located within the Great Plains exchange, provided that NECC has facilities to serve such customers. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this trunk group will be billed by Great Plains to NECC as described in Section 5.4.5 below.

Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this trunk group will be billed by Great Plains to VerizonWireless as described in Section 5.4.5 below.

A Type 2-B interconnection will be provided via a two-way trunk group between Cambridge's Stand-Alone End Office Switch or Host End Office Switch and BLAZE's point of presence in the Cambridge's telephone exchange, with the POI designated at the Cambridge's Stand-Alone End Office Switch or Host End Office Switch. These trunk groups would be provisioned in connection with BLAZE's NPA/NXX codes located within a Cambridge exchange served by the End Office Switch, provided that BLAZE has facilities to serve such customers. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this trunk group will be billed by Cambridge to BLAZE as described in Section 5.4.5 below.

This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
