Common use of Type 2-B Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Type 2-B Interconnection. Upon request from Western Wireless, the Parties agree to establish a Type 2-B Interconnection. A Type 2-B interconnection will be provided via a two-way trunk group between RLEC's Stand-Alone End Office Switch or Host End Office Switch and Western Wireless' point of presence in the RLEC's telephone exchange, with the POI designated at the RLEC's Stand-Alone End Office Switch or Host End Office Switch. These trunk groups would be provisioned in connection with Western Wireless' NPA/NXX codes located within a RLEC exchange served by the End Office Switch, provided that Western Wireless has facilities to serve such customers. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this trunk group will be billed by RLEC to Western Wireless as described in Section 5.4.5 below.
