Common use of Type & Title of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Type & Title of Agreement. This is an Employee Collective Agreement (as defined in section 327 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (‘Act’)) and shall be titled ‘Xxxxxxx Electrical Adelaide Employee Collective Agreement 2007-2010’. This Agreement shall be approved, and subsequently lodged in accordance with section 340 of the Act.

Type & Title of Agreement. This is an Employee Collective Agreement (as defined in section 327 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (‘ActWRA’)) and shall be titled ‘Xxxxxxx Electrical Adelaide Xxxxx & Xx Xxxxx Pty Ltd Employee Collective Agreement 2007-2010’. This Agreement agreement shall be approved, and subsequently lodged in accordance with section 340 of the Act.

This Agreement shall be approved, and subsequently lodged in accordance with section 340 of the Act.

This is an Employee Collective Agreement (as defined in section 327 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (‘ActWRA’)) and shall be titled ‘Xxxxxxx Electrical Adelaide Niramar Pty Ltd Employee Collective Agreement 2007-20102006’. This Agreement agreement shall be approved, and subsequently lodged in accordance with section 340 of the ActWRA.
