Entitlement to Annual Leave. An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the company, of 1 / 13 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee during that 4 week period. Example: An employee whose nominal hours worked for a 12 month period were 38 hours per week would be entitled to 152 hours of annual leave (which would be the equivalent of 4 weeks of annual leave if his or her nominal hours worked remained unchanged).
Entitlement to Annual Leave. For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.
Entitlement to Annual Leave. An Employee, other than a casual Employee, is entitled to four weeks’ paid annual leave for each year of employment. The entitlement accrues on a daily basis.
Entitlement to Annual Leave. B5.1.1(a) An employee (other than a casual employee) who is regularly rostered to work over seven days of the week (including Sundays and public holidays) is entitled to six weeks annual leave for each completed year of continuous service.
Entitlement to Annual Leave. (a) Employees are entitled to annual leave in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 (NSW).
(b) Casual employees have no entitlement to annual leave.
Entitlement to Annual Leave. 9.1.1 The employee accrues paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service based on 1/13 for each ordinary hour worked by the employee during the period.
9.1.2 An employee working regular shifts across 7-days or regular shifts on Sundays and Public Holidays will accrue an additional week of paid annual leave, upon each completed 12 month period of continuous service.
9.1.3 Employees may check the balance of accrued Annual Leave with the Administration Office during business hours.
9.1.4 Employees engaged on a Sessional basis are not entitled to annual leave

Entitlement to Annual Leave and annual leave loading shall not accrue during any period when an employee applies for and the employer grants leave without pay.
Entitlement to Annual Leave a) A Teacher, other than a Casual Teacher, is entitled to four weeks annual leave, accrued in accordance with the Act, which shall be deemed to be taken from the commencement of the school summer vacation each year,
b) A Teacher must take annual leave re-credited in accordance with the Act only during non-term weeks as directed by the Employer.
Entitlement to Annual Leave. Full time employees (other than casual employees) are entitled to:
