Types of Abandonment Fund Guarantees. The Contractor may choose any of the following types of guarantee, provided that they meet, in addition to the requirements set forth in this Agreement for the Abandonment Fund Guarantee, the specials established below: Type of guarantee Minimum characteristics of the Issuer Applicable rules Standby credit letter issued in Colombia • It must be a Colombian banking institution. • It must have on the date of issue, a long-term counterparty rating from a risk rating agency authorized by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, with • ISP98 or UCP600 international recognition, as a minimum of: (i) AAA if it is a local rating, or (ii) BBB- if it is a global scale rating. • It must be a financial entity in the place of issuance.   • TYPES OF CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS In order to expedite processing of a contract modification, where proposed changes involve more than one category below, each change should be submitted to OGS as a separate request.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Price Decreases Price decreases may be made at any time. Additionally, some price decreases shall be calculated in accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing.
