Common use of Types of gas transportation service Clause in Contracts

Types of gas transportation service. The Service Provider may provide any of the following types of Service: (a) Firm Injection Service; (b) As-Available Injection Service; (c) As-Available Withdrawal Service; (d) Capacity Trade service pursuant to clause 11; and (e) any other type of Service that the parties agree that the Service Provider will provide to the Shipper as specified in the Annexure (Other Service).

Types of gas transportation service. The Service Provider may provide any of the following types of Service: (a) Firm Injection Forward Haulage Service;; and (b) As-Available Injection Service; (c) As-Available Withdrawal Service; (d) Capacity Trade service pursuant to clause 11; and (e) any other type of Service that the parties agree that the Service Provider will provide to the Shipper as specified in the Annexure (Other Service).

Types of gas transportation service. The Service Provider Providers may provide any of the following types of Service: (a) a Firm Injection ServiceHaulage Service or As-Available Haulage Service as specified in the Annexure; (b) As-Available Injection Service; (c) As-Available Withdrawal Service; (d) Capacity Trade service pursuant to clause 11; and (ec) any other type of Service that the parties agree that the Service Provider Providers will provide to the Shipper as specified in the Annexure (Other Service).
