Common use of Types of Services Clause in Contracts

Types of Services. This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point billing by GTE to Powertel or by Powertel to GTE, the Transport and Termination of Local Traffic between GTE and Powertel and local transiting traffic as described in Section 3.3 of this Article IV. The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article IV as the "Services."

Types of Services.
