Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions We impose certain limitations on the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. Detailed at the end of this Agreement is a table of limitations that apply to the Card. For security reasons, we may further limit the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without prior notice to you.
Types of Transactions Purchases You may make purchases of goods and services with your account. You may make such purchases up to the amount of your available credit limit.
Transfers and Rollovers The Custodian can receive amounts transferred or rolled over to this Xxxx XXX from the trustee or custodian of another Xxxx XXX as permitted by Code or applicable Regulations. The Custodian reserves the right not to accept any transfer or rollover.
Rollovers and Conversions Your IRA may be rolled over to another IRA of yours, or may receive rollover contributions. Your Traditional IRA or SIMPLE IRA may be converted to a Xxxx XXX, provided that all of the applicable rollover and conversion rules are followed. Rollover is a term used to describe a movement of cash or other property to your IRA from another IRA, or from your employer’s qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity plan, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, or 457(b) eligible governmental deferred compensation plan, or federal Thrift Savings Plan to your IRA. Conversion is a term used to describe the movement of Traditional or SIMPLE IRA assets to a Xxxx XXX. A conversion and employer-sponsored retirement plan rollover to a Xxxx XXX is generally a taxable event. The general rollover and conversion rules are summarized below. Notification of Limitations on Contributions San Francisco Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code (the “Conduct Code”) Section 1.126 prohibits any person who contracts with the City for selling or leasing any land or building to or from the City whenever such transaction would require the approval by a City elective officer or the board on which that City elective officer serves, from making a contribution to such an officer, or candidate for such an office, or committee controlled by such officer or candidate at any time from the commencement of negotiations for such contract until the termination of negotiations for such contract or three months has elapsed from the date the contract is approved by the City elective officer, or the board on which that City elective officer serves. San Francisco Ethics Commission Regulation 1.126-1 provides that negotiations are commenced when a prospective contractor first communicates with a City officer or employee about the possibility of obtaining a specific contract. This communication may occur in person, by telephone or in writing, and may be initiated by the prospective contractor or a City officer or employee. Negotiations are completed when a contract is finalized and signed by the City and the contractor. Negotiations are terminated when the City and/or the prospective contractor end the negotiation process before a final decision is made to award the contract. Through its execution of this Agreement, Tenant acknowledges that it is familiar with the provisions of Article III, Chapter 2 of City's Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code, and sections 87100 et seq and sections 1090 et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California, and certifies that it does not know of any facts which constitute a violation of said provisions and agrees that if it becomes aware of any such fact during the term of this Agreement it shall immediately notify City.
Documentation of Transfers You can receive a transaction receipt at the time you make any transfer to, from, or between your account(s) using an ATM. · If you have arranged to have direct deposits (which are electronic funds transfers as described in Section 4) made to your asset account(s) at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, the person or company making the deposit will tell you every time they send us the money. You may visit any branch, call us at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, or access your transaction history via ComputerLine, MoneyLine, Green on the Go® for mobile, or the MSUFCU Mobile app to find out whether the deposit has been made. · You will get a statement every month if you have authorized any electronic funds transfer service described in Section 4. If no electronic funds transfer occurs in a particular calendar quarter, you will still receive a statement for that quarter. However, for an asset account to which you have authorized no electronic funds transfers other than preauthorized credits, you will get a statement quarterly. On any account considered dormant, a statement will be sent to you annually. · Periodic statements we send you on accounts that are subject to electronic funds transfers described in Section 4 and transaction receipts issued by an ATM are admissible evidence. · Your right to documentation as set forth above in this section does not apply when the electronic funds transfer occurs outside of the United States.
Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amount I understand and agree that I cannot exceed the limitations on frequency and dollar amounts of remote deposits that are set forth by you. Unacceptable Deposits. I understand and agree that I am not permitted to deposit the following items using the Services:
Deduction of Rollovers and Transfers A deduction is not allowed for rollover or transfer contributions.
Governing Law; Limitations Period This Agreement and any claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement and its subject matter shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and South African law, rules, and regulations, South African law, rules, and regulations shall prevail and govern. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. The Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act as enacted shall not apply. Licensee must initiate a cause of action for any claim(s) arising out of or relating to this Agreement and its subject matter within one (1) year from the date when Licensee knew, or should have known after reasonable investigation, of the facts giving rise to the claim(s).
