Typing and Printing of this Agreement. The Union shall assume all responsibility and cost related to the typing of this Agreement for execution by the parties. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Union shall assume all responsibility for the printing of sufficient copies of this Agreement for the parties. The Board shall reimburse the Union for one-half (½) the cost of such printing.

Typing and Printing of this Agreement. The Union shall assume all responsibility related to the typing of this Agreement for execution by the parties. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Union shall assume all responsibility for the printing of sufficient copies of this Agreement for the parties. Copies shall be printed in the same manner, style, format and number as were printed for the previous Agreement. Final drafts going to the printer shall be agreed to by both parties. The Board shall reimburse the Union for the cost of such printing. Within twenty (20) working days after both parties sign the Agreement, the Board shall post the Agreement on the District website.

  • Amendment of this Agreement No provision of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought, and no amendment of this Agreement shall be effective until approved in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and rules and regulations thereunder and any applicable SEC exemptive order therefrom.
