Examples of Operation of this Agreement in a sentence

  • If the Coordinating Council establishes a Finance Committee pursuant to Article II Organization and Operation of this Agreement, the Finance Committee shall advise the Administrative District and/or Fiscal Agent pursuant to its scope of authority.

  • Based on the results of the verification process, the EPA follows up with facilities to resolve identified potential issues before public release.

Related to Operation of this Agreement

  • Term of this Agreement means the period that commences on the date of this Agreement and ends on the earlier of:

  • the/this Agreement means the agreement as set out in this document and the Appendices hereto;

  • Date of this Agreement means the date first written above.

  • For purposes of this Agreement Cause" shall mean:

  • this Agreement and references thereto shall mean this Agreement as it may from time to time be amended or supplemented.

  • Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) all Scheduled Payments have been paid or deemed to be paid within the meaning of Section 4.1 of the Indenture; (ii) any period during which any Scheduled Payment could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law shall have expired and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.

  • Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co-ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;

  • Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.

Code means the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016.

  • Termination Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Amended Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;

  • Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) means the operating and participating agreement between the Parties constituting the Contractor that governs their operational activities, obligations and responsibilities under this Contract,

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Clean Team Agreement means that certain Clean Team Confidentiality Agreement, dated April 25, 2024, between Parent and the Company.

  • Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

  • Mediation agreement means a written agreement between the parties to a mediation meeting.

  • Consulting Agreement means any written or oral agreement to retain the services, for a fee, of a consultant for the purposes of (A) providing counsel to a contractor, vendor, consultant or other entity seeking to conduct, or conducting, business with the State, (B) contracting, whether in writing or orally, any executive, judicial, or administrative office of the State, including any department, institution, bureau, board, commission, authority, official or employee for the purpose of solicitation, dispute resolution, introduction or requests for information or (C) any other similar activity related to such contracts.

  • Outside this state means a location in another state or a country other than the United States, whether or not the country is a foreign country.
