Common use of UASI Management Team Clause in Contracts

UASI Management Team. a In consultation with the Approval Authority, the General Manager may select employees of the Parties or independent contractors, to the extent permitted by federal and state law, to serve on the Management Team. The salaries of those employees assigned to serve on the Management Team shall be funded through grant funds. Nothing in this MOU is intended to interfere with the right of an employing jurisdiction to take employment action regarding an employee assigned to the Management Team, including but not limited to imposing discipline up to and including termination of employment. b The General Manager is responsible for the work of employees assigned to the Management Team, and for directing and managing that work consistent with the general duties determined and established by the General Manager.
