PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT 28. Acceptance of this Settlement Agreement shall be sought at a hearing of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA on a date agreed to by counsel for Staff and the Respondent.
Application for approval 3.1. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to braking shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his duly accredited representative.
Mini-Bid Transactional Order of Precedence Conflicts of terms and conditions shall be resolved in the order of precedence set forth in section 2.2 Conflict of Terms. Contract Survival The starting date for each Authorized User Agreement will vary but shall not exceed three (3) years in duration. Authorized User Agreements fully executed prior to the expiration of the OGS Centralized Contract shall survive the expiration date of the OGS Centralized Contract, if applicable, based on the term of the Authorized User Agreement.
Stockholder Approval The Company Stockholder Approval shall have been obtained.
Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.
Effect of non-approval of proposals (6) Notwithstanding that under subclause (1) any proposals of the Company are approved by the Minister or determined by arbitration award, unless each and every such proposal and matter is so approved or determined by 31 October 1992 or by such extended date or period if any as the Company shall be granted pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement then the Minister may give to the Company 12 months notice of intention to determine this Agreement and unless before the expiration of the said 12 months period all the detailed proposals and matters are so approved or determined this Agreement shall cease and determine subject however to the provisions of Clause 35. Seller’s Approval Buyer must obtain Seller’s approval, in writing, to any change to the letter described in Section IV(c) regarding the financial institution, type of financing, or allocation of closing costs; and
THE COURT’S FINAL APPROVAL HEARING The Court will hold a hearing to decide whether to approve the settlement. You may attend and you may ask to speak, but you don’t have to.
Final Approval After Acceptance, Engineer shall perform any required modifications, changes, alterations, corrections, redesigns, and additional work necessary to receive Final Approval by the County. "Final Approval" in this sense shall mean formal recognition that the Engineering Services have been fully carried out.
