Trustee Council definition

Trustee Council means a group of representatives of Federal, State, and Tribal, as applicable, natural resource trustees that conduct the natural resource damage assessment and restoration (“NRDAR”) at a particular site. The Trustee Council is a formal decision- making body memorialized by a written agreement such as a Memorandum of Agreement.

More Definitions of Trustee Council

Trustee Council means the Site-specific decision-making body, consisting of one representative of each Trustee, established for the purpose of, among other things, selecting and overseeing the implementation of restoration projects for the Site.
