Unannounced On-Site Monitoring Visits. The Department may conduct unannounced on-site visits in addition to its scheduled on-site visits. Unannounced on-site visits may be made without any advance notification and may occur at any time. Unannounced on-site visits may be conducted at random or for cause. The Department may determine cause exists by assessing alleged standards non-compliance, as a means to monitor program improvement plans (PIPs), or due to a request for intervention from other state or local government entities or the public. Unannounced on-site visits may also be conducted in conjunction with the Department’s formal abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations. The length and scope of an unannounced on -site visit shall be dependent on the circumstances that led to the visit. A Non-Compliance Citation Report (NCCR) shall be issued for any verified non-compliance in an unannounced on-site visit.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Monitoring and Inspection The Interconnected Transmission Owner may monitor construction and installation of Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer is constructing.   • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services.
