Common use of Unassigned Regulars Clause in Contracts

Unassigned Regulars. An unassigned full-time regular employee should bid on duty assignments posted for bids for which the employee is qualified. If the employee does not bid, or is the unsuccessful bidder, such employee shall be assigned in any residual assignment. The employee’s preference will be honored if there is more than one assignment available for which he/she is qualified.
