UNAUTHORISED AND INCORRECT TRANSACTIONS. 14.1 If you have a reason to believe that a transaction for which your Card was used is unauthorised by you or additional Cardholder or has been posted to your Account in error, you must immediately contact Customer Services, but in any event within 13 months of the date of the relevant transaction.
