You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Website for any purpose without our express handwritten permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: • copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from our Website or Services without the prior express written permission of CondoWarehouse and the appropriate third party, as applicable; • interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Website or Services or any activities conducted on or with our Website or Services; or • bypass our robot exclusion headers, robots.txt rules or any other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to our Website or Services.

  • Unauthorized Access Using service to access, or to attempt to access without authority, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Company’s or a third party’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in disruption of service or the corruption or loss of data.

  • Unauthorized Access Notification LEA shall notify Provider promptly of any known or suspected unauthorized access. LEA will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.

  • Unauthorized Use Licensee, the Participating Institutions, or Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.
