UNAUTHORIZED BANK COMMUNICATION. Neither Party is allowed to contact the bank of the other Party without the written authorization for that of the Party whose bank is to be contacted. Any unauthorized contact act of either Party of this Agreement is considered as a breach of this Agreement and shall cause this Agreement immediate cancellation, and transaction becomes null and void. Parties agree that all documents related to the transactions bear the codes listed on page 01 of this Agreement and that the said codes remain unchangeable within Agreement duration, including all rollovers, extensions and additions.   • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Hazard Communication Contractor will notify University prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which University employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437. Upon University's request, Contractor will immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets, as required by OAR Chapter 437, for the products subject to this provision.
