Unauthorized Use of Premises. If in the sole discretion of the Agent, Tenant becomes objectionable or violates any terms of this agreement, Tenant may be evicted without refund. Any group renting the Premises under false pretenses will be evicted without refund. In the event a group exceeds the maximum number of people or in the event people are occupying the Premises other than those authorized, they will be required to vacate the unit without refund.
