Telephones. Telephones shall not be used by the Contractor or its employees for personal or business reasons with the following exception(s): 1. To report need of medical aid, fire or need of law enforcement, dial 9-911. 2. Any calls to numbers other than those above will be considered a violation of this Contract and grounds for immediate termination.
Telephones. Adequate private telephone facilities for the purpose of conducting school business shall be made available in each school for employee use. Employees may use school phones for personal, local calls, provided that there are no charges to the school associated with said phone calls. Long distance calls shall not be charged to school phones. A telephone extension shall be provided in the base office of each employee whose assignment requires the frequent use of the telephone, including but not limited to counselors, school social workers and school psychologists.

Telephones. Landlord will direct electricians as to where and how telephone and telegraph wires are to be introduced. No boring or cutting for or stringing of wires will be allowed without the consent of Landlord. The location of telephones, call boxes and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the approval of Landlord.
Telephones. The University provides analog telephone service in community common areas throughout housing complexes. Housing fees cover basic telephone charges and local calls for the community common area phones. For long distance/toll calls, students need to use either prepaid calling cards, phone company calling cards or personal cell phones. Telephone service and equipment are installed and maintained by the University and any alterations or tampering with telephone service and/or equipment may result in disciplinary action and may levy a service charge to correct difficulties due to unauthorized tampering with the telephone service and/or equipment.

To ensure that representatives have a reasonable opportunity to communicate with employees, other representatives, and management officials, the Employer agrees that representatives may use existing Activity telephones for authorized representational duties, when such use does not interfere with the Activity’s requirements.
